Reconstruction and refurbishment of 102 rooms and 3 suites in the Villa Princess Theofano of the complex Athos Palace in Kallithea Chalkidiki.

Extension of the lobby through the rearrangement, reconstruction and renovation of the ground floor area which lies between the existing ground floor lobby and the three-store building with rooms. Construction of new central staircase and elevators towards all floors and renovation-arrangement of the corridor towards the new lobby and office spaces.
